Broomball is an exciting ice sport that combines the strategy of hockey with the teamwork of soccer but no skates required! Players wear sneakers and use specially designed sticks (called brooms) to pass, shoot, and score with a small rubber ball.
It’s safe, affordable, and easy to learn, making it perfect for kids and families of all ages and skill levels. Played on an ice rink, broomball builds coordination, confidence, and lasting friendships all while having a blast on the ice.

Local Pride
Finch teams have represented Eastern Ontario at provincial tournaments for over a decade. Many of our players go on to play at provincial and national levels. The spirit of teamwork, respect, and fun keeps our small-town program thriving year after year.
Conveniently located in the center of town, the Finch Community Arena is home to all Finch Youth Broomball practices and games.
The arena offers plenty of parking, warm seating for fans, and that unmistakable small-town rink charm.
